The PHSS are pleased to announce the release of an important White paper
introducing, definitions, principles of operation and practical guidance on
Restricted Access Barrier Systems – RABS.
The white paper has been prepared by members of a RABS Special interest
group and in consultation with the UK-MHRA and USA-FDA and represents current
thinking and best practice in this area of technology.
The paper is a precursor to a more detailed technical monograph that
will be released at the annual PHSS European Isolators and RABS conference,
17/18 November 2010 in the UK, Nottingham.
The PHSS wish to thank all that have contributed to this important work.
